Need to Make a Return?

Eligible returns should be started through our self-service return portal. Use the portal to submit your return request, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Need a Different Size?

We don't process traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or item, purchase the replacement directly from our store to make sure it doesn't sell out. Then start a return for the original item through our self-service return portal. Once the return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label.

Will This Design Be Reprinted?

We can't guarantee whether or when a sold-out or previous design will return. The best way to hear about restocks, reprints, and returning designs is through our email list and social media. Future releases may not be finalized, so we may not be able to answer questions about a specific design.

There's Actually a Problem With My Order

Please contact us if something needs our help. Examples include:

  • Order marked delivered but not received
  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Missing item
  • Tracking has not updated for an unusually long period
  • Preorder is past its current shipping estimate, or another issue not covered above
