Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
Preorders

Preorder items typically ship within 7–8 weeks

If your order includes a preorder item, all items in the order will ship together once the preorder item is ready

We recommend placing preorder items in a separate order if you’d like in-stock items to ship sooner
Shipping Responsibility

Once a package leaves our warehouse, Flying House Threads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages

This includes packages marked as delivered but taken by porch pirates

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delivery times are ultimately determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
