Ordering

How long will it take to get my order

Orders are shipping within 3-5 business days from purchase. Everything is ready to ship and we do our best to send them out as quickly as possible!

What size should I buy?

We currently offer sizing from Small-3XL. T-Shirts are are unisex sizing and an athletic fit. If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located above the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

When I add items to my cart, can they sell out or are they reserved?

NO! On launch day, items sell fast! They are not safe once they are in your cart. So please be aware that if items are in your cart, and you have not checked out, they can still sell out!

I have a problem with my order.

Please reach out immediately if you have a problem with your order! You can contact us via our Contact form. Please include photos if neccessary and any other important information.

My discount code isn't working.

If you have a discount code and it is not taking off the correct amount from the order please reach out and contact us. Please take a screenshot of the error you're receiving and include the full coupon code so we can review the issue. Please note that the 10% discount you receive for joining the mailing the list is good for 1 Year from the date you signed up and can only be used once.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All orders are shipped via USPS typically within 5 to 7
business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you do exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to product demands we cannot exchange products for different sizes.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Please make sure before ordering you carefully check to make sure the address is correct. If you notice after you place your order the shipping address is wrong, contact us immediately so we can fix it! If your item is sent back due to the incorrect address, you will be required to pay the shipping prior to the item being re-shipped.

General

Will you be restocking a specific design?

Typically...yes. But it depends. If the design is a big hit and we get a lot of emails/DM requests, we try to accommodate. Reprints take about 4-6 weeks! So be patient with us.

I sent an e-mail and I have not heard back yet!

We try to respond to all emails as quickly as possible. Expect 3-5 business days.
