Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns easy with Shopify’s self-serve returns portal.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account or use your order confirmation email

  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return

  3. Follow the prompts in our return's portal

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive next steps and a prepaid return label

Free Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is on us

  • A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, simply return the original item and place a new order

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please start a return through the portal and select the appropriate reason so we can review and make it right.
